From Training to the Table: Tortellini e Dintorni Reopens!

With great enthusiasm, we are pleased to announce the reopening of Tortellini e Dintorni (Via GB Bodoni 74) , the training company managed by the CIOFS FP Lazio Organization. This significant milestone was possible thanks to the tireless commitment of Sister Novella and the precious support of the institutions involved, who firmly believed in the value of training and work.

Tortellini e Dintorni is not just a simple commercial business, but a reality that merges culinary art with professional training. It constitutes a fundamental opportunity for young people who participate in the institute's training courses, offering a stimulating environment in which they can learn and apply their skills.

In the internal laboratory, fresh pasta will be produced to take away, made with passion and attention to detail. The range of products will include traditional tortellini, gnocchi, ravioli, etc.

The reopening of Tortellini e Dintorni marks a new phase of development and renewal, with the aim of consolidating the training experience and creating an ever stronger bond with the territory. This initiative not only provides a service to the community, but also presents itself as an example of how training can translate into employment opportunities and future prospects.
