Supporting the development of a food culture implies expanding the sectors of intervention and pursuing more complex and complete objectives compared to food education alone. Food culture is based on awareness of the importance of food, fueled by an understanding of issues related to nutrition, the environment, society and the economy.
We should apply the same principle to the intelligent and conscious purchase of food, attributing an ecological and social value to our choice.
